YULI Halcyon Cleanser Limited Rose Edition created a complete and total frenzy among YULI fans. First of all, it's Halcyon. But with rose? Of course people went nuts. One of the things we adore about YULI Halcyon (in any form) is that it is unabashedly straightforward about what it does. It’s a fabulous second cleanse or solo morning cleanse; it can also capably remove light makeup. But Halcyon is not a cleanser that will remove heavy makeup or sunscreen.
